When does a new subscription box launches?
Subscription for each box closes on 15th or 16th of each month or once they are sold out. After which, new subscription for the box is for the following month's.
When will I receive my box?
Our boxes will ship from 3rd week of the month, it will take 2 working delivery days for domestic orders or 4-22 working delivery days for international orders.
We will ship your boxes with DHL Global Mail, with tracking number and insurance. Shipping fees are calcuated and added upon checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your box is shipped.
Please note that if there are any manufacturing delays, the projected shipping dates will be delayed as well.
If you do not receive your box after 4 weeks from shipped date, please write to us.
How much are the shipping fees?
Local Singapore shipping fees are at $4.95 per box, and all interational shipping fees are at $9.95. All boxes are shipped as Priority Mail with full tracking and insurance.
What should I expect to receive in my box?
You will receive an awesome mix of supplies, mainly from Sophie & Toffee crafting supplies, high quality Japanese supplies and adorable limited edition crafts.

Will I get to try out new crafts every month?
Every other month, we will include an exclusive bonus kit which allows you to try doing new small project and still receive an assortment of crafting supplies together with the bonus kit.
Will there be instructions include in the box?
There is no specific instructions on how to use the supplies in the box, it is up to your imagination and creativity! However, we have affiliates who do Youtube videos on our monthly boxes which can give you an idea on how to use the supplies. There will be instructions for our exclusive bonus kit which is included in the box every other month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
As much as we love you to continue to be in our club, you are welcome to cancel your subscription by logging in to your account. However, please take note that you will not be able to get refunds after you have been re-billed. Instead of cancelling your subscription, you can also skip your subscription without losing a spot for the next month's.
When will I be re-billed?
You will be re-billed on every 1st of a month depending on your club plans. Please take note that you are signing up for a MONTHLY subscription box. If you cancel your subscription after you are already billed, we will not be able to make you any refunds. If you had subscribed to either our 3 months club or our 6 months club, you will be auto-rebilled after 3 months or 6 months respectively till you cancel your subscription. Once a plan has been renewed, it cannot be refunded.
Can I gift it to someone?
Yes! Our monthly unique surprise box will certainly delight your loved ones. You can click on "Give A Gift" and choose whether you want the subscription to be non-renewing or auto-renewing.
